Being a Rock in a Hard Place: Facing the Challenges of Ministry

Overview

Ordained ministry has never been easy, and it may be more challenging today than in years past. Still, this ministry is our CALLING, and we can better deal with its demands when we are aware that we are not alone. This book covers a chapter each on thirty-one difficult issues common to those who serve as pastors. Each chapter includes a short synopsis of the issue and some thoughts about dealing with it, a biblical/theological reflection, and ends with a contemporary fervent prayer directly related to the specific issue that has been addressed.
