Overview

Volume 19 of the 5th Supplementary Series of the Beilstein Handbook (4th Edition) deals with the heterocyclic compounds containing two or more chalcogen atoms as the only ring heteroatoms, which were reported in the literature from 1960 up to 1980. The volume is divided into twelve subvolumes which are to be published in 1987 and 1988. Subvolume 19/3 continues the coverage of heterocycles containing two chalcogen atoms (heterocyclic class: 2O) and deals with the remaining monohydroxy-compounds (CnH2n-12O3 to CnH2n-56O3) not covered in subvolume 19/2, together with polyhydroxy compounds.
