Overview

For years Emily Parker has been sewing her life back together with the help of her best friend Ben. Until his overnight fame, that is. Now she's stuck entering her sophomore year in high school without a single friend, unless you're counting that creepy stalker from the mall. While she faces the adversities of our technological age, a new girl interrupts her life. A girl who goes by the name of Bryn, or so Em thinks. Charlie has been training for this day since birth. She's lived, eaten, breathed the life of a spy, but never set foot on an actual mission. Then came her first assignment: Mr. Parker. In order to find this missing man, she has to go deep undercover by the name of Bryn in Simplot High School. Through her mission, Charlie learns not only about Em's family, but herself as well. Discovering things that shouldn't be possible.

Author Information

Alyse Palsulich was born and raised in Idaho among three younger brothers. Since learning to read at age five she has been consumed by the art of reading. Starting with Wendy Mass then moving up through Ridley Pearson to J. R. R. Tolkien and Ted Dekker, Alyse's passion only grew. At this point she decided to condense her creative world into writing which resulted in her dreams of becoming a published author and igniting a spark of reading for a new generation. Throughout her ninth grade year she wrote the book Witches and Royalty. Prior to this, she supported and aided author Brock Eastman with his series The Quest For Truth in a role entitled Quester. With Wattpad she started writing her YA fiction series Two Sides which was soon discovered by Polyethnic Publishing. In her free time she can be found on the soccer field or spending time with her family and friends.
