Author Information

Lee-Anne began her career as a biotechnologist and researcher. She spent eight years teaching as an Assistant Professor, guiding BSc students and sharing the joy of learning life sciences. She was passionate about poetry from a young age, always finding words and poems fascinating. Poetry comes easily, and readers have described her words as spiritual, soothing, and healing. She completed a copywriting diploma and began freelancing as a content writer and creative writer. This is her first book to be published, also her first ever poetry book. Pascoal D'Costa, a retired senior banking and finance executive and the author's father, is also passionate about writing and poetry. He believes readers will enjoy Lee-Anne's heartfelt poems as much as those who know her do.
