Behind Closed Doors: How I Got Myself Into and Out of a Narcissistic Marriage

Overview

""How did I get here?"" Something feels wrong, but you can't quite name it. The brain fog is thick. You're second-guessing yourself constantly, wondering if you're overreacting or if this is just what marriage looks like. You need clarity. And that's exactly what this book offers. In Behind Closed Doors, Certified Divorce Coach(R) Meghan Remington weaves her story with how to decode narcissistic manipulation. Through raw narrative and hard-won insight, she exposes the tactics-love bombing, gaslighting, breadcrumbing-that manipulative partners use to keep you stuck. She helps you identify and label their actions for what they are, giving you power to recognize toxic behavior and make informed decisions. Whether you're just starting to see red flags or you know you're dealing with a narcissist, Meghan helps you sort out the confusion and trust what you're experiencing. This isn't just her story. It's your roadmap to understanding what's happening. Clarity is a gift. And empowerment starts here.
