This poetry collection is based on the idea that every individual has a seed within them that grows based on what we take in. Anything from outside influences of peers, family, work, our belief systems, etc. can either help us grow and blossom or it can harm us and send us spiraling into a dark place. This book is about feeding your soul and how different types of influences can impact an individual. Each poem is a heartfelt confession from the authors perspective based on her real life experiences or dreams. There are a few poems that deal with potentially triggering topics or could be interpreted as such. Kimberly Trigg resides in the mountains of Northeast, Tennessee with her husband and son. Her mission in life is to spread hope by sharing her personal experiences and what she has learned with others. She loves to write and is always looking for ways to be creative.
