I bought this on kindle, loved it so much that I bought the hardcover, I believe it will be a resource for years to come. A little gem of information, both practical and inspiring. By SR, Amazon Customer This is not my first Peter Shepperd's book and I must say it was exactly what I expected and even more ! Couldn't wait for the launch of his new book, I had previously read the Introduction to Raised bed gardening after becoming green fingered over the previous lockdown! Peter's books are always a smooth read and are so clear and concise I can easily say that these are the best gardening books you will find. The cover is really beautiful and pleasing to the eyes too and there are plenty of colourful images to help you learn about the companion gardening method. I have been struggling a little bit with the usual annoying garden pests so I can't wait to try some of the techniques in the book to save my fruit and vegetables ! 5 stars for Peter By Amazon Customer I am not so much of a beginner when it comes to gardening, I am very happy with the crop production I manage to produce every year, and I got a lot of hints and tips for my gardening in general from the previous book from this author. This is why I downloaded Beginners Guide to Companion Planting as soon as it became available . I wanted to step it up another level and learn more about how plants can help eachother in their environment and how I could improve my soil using specific ones to boost my yield and I can't wait to get my hands dirty in my garden. The book is very informative and easy to read, includes plenty of images and examples of good neighbouring plants and also some unexpected material on how to use companion plants in a structural way if you are also looking for a visual effects. It's an absolutely wonderful book and I couldn't recommend more .
