Overview

Bees are one of the hardest working insects on our planet. As they buzz from plant to plant, they spread pollen which helps our food to grow. Without them, the world would be a very different place. Discover all you need to know about bees and their place in our world through experiments, investigations and hands-on tasks. This book takes a cross-disciplinary approach, including links to culture, history, arts and crafts, as well as the science behind the topic, encouraging children to engage with the natural world through exploration, creativity and investigation.
