Bryan J. Kolesar has been on the hunt for great beer for over twenty years both in his backyard of southeastern Pennsylvania and around the world. Locally around Philadelphia, he has been named a Beer Writer of the Year finalist multiple times, served as a judge at the annual Philadelphia Inquirer Brew-vitational, paneled local beers for submission into the Great American Beer Festival competition, judged beer and food competitions, and been featured in publications chronicling the local beer scene.
