I've been looking for some new ideas to use around the kitchen. My husband and I purchase a side of beef at a time, so anything beef related would be greatly appreciated! There are several things you can do with beef to create thousands of different dishes. Beef Tenderloin is one of my favorite things to experiment with when we are having beef for dinner. These recipes are very easy to prepare and serve, and it doesn't make a bad leftover dish as well, if there are any. Some of my favorite recipes in this cookbook include, Lobster Stuffed Tenderloin of Beef, Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Gravy, Cajun Beef Tenderloin Roast, Beef Burgundy - Tenderloin Tips, and Stir Fry Beef and Broccoli just to name a few.
