Commiphora wightii) und des ostafrikanischen Balsambaums Commiphora africana. Laut biblischer Stellen kommt es im Land Chawila vor (Gen 2,12 EU) und wird zur Beschreibung des Manna benutzt (Num 11,7 EU). Das u ere Erscheinungsbild ist durchscheinend und gelblich. Es wurde fr her wegen seines wohlriechenden Aromas als Duftstoff und zum R uchern verwendet.
