Reviews

I am convinced that Because You Believe in Me by Amie Dean is as important for adults as it is for children! Because You Believe in Me highlights how children learn to believe in themselves and grow their confidence because others in their lives believe in them. I love that it highlights how many different positive influences children have in their lives, including family members, educators, and friends. I think it is an incredibly important reminder for us adults of the power that our words hold in the lives of the children around us. Ashley Gulyas Parent I just finished reading Because You Believe in Me by Amie Dean, and WOW - what an inspiring and heartfelt book! This is a must-read for teachers, parents, and anyone who believes in the power of connection and encouragement. Whether you're looking for strategies to support students or simply seeking a reminder of why you do what you do, this book will fill your heart and reignite your passion. This is such a great book to help kids realize their full potential! Kristen Lipari First Grade Teacher Because You Believe in Me is a powerful reminder of the impact of positive words on children's attitude and self belief. This book doesn't shy away from big feelings instead it gives children the 'self-talk' to navigate through unfamiliar or uncomfortable scenarios in a supportive and empowering way. This book models kindness and positivity and gives a range of examples of phrases and words of encouragement. It also validates feelings through shared experiences. Because You Believe in Me is a beautiful reminder of how so many people can positively impact a child's life and make the world of difference to how they see their self and how they approach challenges.
