Journal of Sedimentary Research, June 2005 <!--end--> I congratulate the authors-Richard Davis and Duncan Fitzgerald-on an excellent textbook about coasts for an audience with limited scientific expertise. I would recommend Beaches and Coasts to anyone with an interest in this topic.
