EMM (Elvia Molina M) is a first-time author. Using personal insight and humor, she hopes to inspire children, from 0 to 100, to live full, happy lives by being who they are, now. Born in her beloved Colombia, Elvia currently lives in California and is honored to work as an interpreter, facilitating communication between her fellow Spanish and English speakers. She looks forward to devoting more time to writing the many lovely, funny children's stories that live in her heart. Ruth Moen has been designing and illustrating for more than 25 years. She is a graduate of San Jose University with a Bachelor of Science in graphic design and a concentration in illustration. After a brief stint with a small design firm, she began freelancing for Ogilvy & Mather Hawai'i as a designer and art director. Today, as a freelance artist and designer, she is the illustrator of nine children's books, an accomplished muralist and sought-after artist in various media, ranging from computer-generated art to acrylic paint.
