This is my story documenting the things I was and wasn't able to do before and after my loved ones passed away. I am afraid that I have learned a lot about being prepared by discovering I was not prepared. I list how I dealt with insurance companies for car, home, health, and life policies. Information is also listed on 401(k)s, IRAs, and annuities, paperwork that might be needed to get into a nursing home, and also what you may need when dealing with funeral homes. There is also information for your lawyer for dealing with a will, trust, probate, and taxes. We all have a story to tell. I hope my story helps you to make good choices with your time and money in your situation. After all, it's best to Be Prepared, We Are All Going to Die.

B. Jane Jones was born and raised in Alabama. She and her identical twin sister grew up and graduated high school in Alabama. Later, they both married and moved to Atlanta, where Jane resides today. Her two adult children live in Georgia, along with her grandson, granddaughter-in-law, and great-grandson. Jane loves to read, knit, and crochet. Jane is now retired and she enjoys getting together with her sister, Lane, as often as they can. This is Jane's first book.
