OverviewAn insightful look at a true grief journey through the eyes of a widow - and the daily electronic messages sent from a widower 1300 miles away. Be Kind Be Still is a unique and rare book. This is a true story of a husband who asks his lifelong friend, a widower, just days before his passing to help his soon-to-be widow, a mother of nine, to navigate the overwhelming grief that was about to strike.
