On a rainy November night, he found an old dusty book in his house's attic. It was a cookbook jealously guarded by his grandmother. From that moment, Ralph began to experiment with these old recipes and gave life to a unique style. When the love for nature meets the passion for food, the result is obvious... a tasty and refined grill cooking. At the age of 21, John moved to Houston, Texas, where he still works as a cook.
