He obtained his B.Tech (Electrical and Electronics Engineering), M.Tech (Power Electronics) and Ph.D (Axial Flux Machines) degrees from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. He has got more than 23 years of academic experience merged with Research and Consultancy activities. He also comprised with an industrial experience of more than 4 years in M/s Toshiba Electricals (formerly known as M/s Vijai Electricals Ltd) and has been involved in Testing of Transformers ranging from 5 kVA to 10 MVA and well-versed with IS 2026. He held the position of Coordinator, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the institute. He has presented and published more than 30 technical and research articles at different prestigious national and international conferences like INDICON, NPSC and in other reputed journals.
