Dr Natalia Kovtun, HDR, is Full Professor and Head of the Department of Statistics, Information Analysis Systems and Demography of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. She has published 145 scientific articles, and is the author of four monographs and 14 textbooks. She is a member of the Methodological Committee on Improving Methodology and Statistical Documentation of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, and was awarded the M.V. Ptukha Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for her work.
