He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and research methods for criminal justice and criminology for 7 years. He has published several books and articles in the field of criminal justice and criminology, and conducted program evaluations for the U.S. Department of Justice and the State of Washington. He has also served as a biostatistical consultant to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Larry S. Miller is Chair of the Department of Criminal Justice and Criminology at East Tennessee State University. Dr. Miller teaches courses in the area of Law Enforcement and has worked as a police officer, criminal investigator and crime laboratory director.
