The book Basic Electronics and Instrumentation is primarily intended to serve as a textbook in accordance with the syllabus of Basic Electronics offered by various universities in India as well as abroad.The whole text has been divided into six modules and every module is divided into chapters. Module 1 introduces the basics of circuit analysis and electrical machines. Module 2 introduces the basics of electronic devices and circuits. Saifullah Khalid received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from S.E.S. College of Engineering, Navalnagar and the M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from M.M.M. Engineering College, Gorakhpur. Presently he is pursuing Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from I.E.T., Lucknow. Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Electronics and Communication Engineering with PSIT, Kanpur. He is actively involved in teaching, researching, and lecturing in Basic Electronics and Instrumentation. Neetu Agrawal received the M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from M.N.N.I.T., Allahabad. Presently she is pursuing Ph.D. degree in Electronics Engineering from J.K. Institute of Applied Physics, Allahabad. Currently she is a Lecturer of Electronics and Communication Engineering with Amity University, Lucknow. She is actively involved in teaching, researching, and lecturing in Analog Electronics. Mukesh Jain received the B.E. and the M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering in from M.I.T.S., Gwalior.
