Herdegens Studie aber gibt der Vision der Europ ischen Bankenaufsicht Konturen und wirkt gar wie eine Vorank ndigung auf baldige Reformen auf Gemeinschaftsebene, obgleich auch der Autor um die Schwierigkeiten wei und nicht scheut, sie dem Leser zu vergewissern. Was am Ende bleibt, ist eine spannende Diskussion mit einer nicht ganz unrealistischen Chance auf eine Bankenaufsicht im europ ischen Verbund.
