Author Information

Warren Lee Cohen has baked bread for over 40 years with his family, taught baking workshops, sculpted in bread and built bread ovens. He taught at Toronto Waldorf (Rudolf Steiner) School, where children start baking in kindergarten and grow wheat from age nine - from planting to harvesting, milling and baking.
