So I'm the worst at tracking my habits and was looking for a guide that would not only kick my butt into gear but also keep me motivated to keep going, and this one definitely did the trick! Originally from Ohio, Becca’s background in women's studies has given her a lifelong passion for empowering women through their own herstory.
