The notorious Carlton Arms Hotel on Manhattan's 25th Street has been a flophouse, a drophouse, a cathouse and every other combination of bad and seedy in between. And Bob Coulter, following the success of his ""Crazy Babes"", a collection of erotic images set in Manhattan's upscale Chelsea Hotel, has come inspiredly spiralling down the social ladder to collect a companion volume in the garish surroundings of the Carlton Arms.
