Author Information

Nomar Perez was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, where he developed an early interest in art from all the funny scribbles he created in his school notebooks. Upon his arrival in the US, Nomar found himself influenced by all types of media, including animation, puppetry, and computer art. He studied computer animation at Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and since then has worked as an illustrator and designer on humor, kids, and young adult products for over 10 years. He is currently an in-house staff artist at American Greetings.
