Author Information

Gloria Morse, writer of this story, was a stay at home mom for years, but as her children grew up and were leaving home, she needed something to occupy her time. She returned to college and obtained a degree in special education. She followed that up with a Master's degree in school counseling. She taught for seventeen years at three different schools in two different states. She has been involved in writing since young. Rosie Schmidt, the illustrator, has had different careers, along with working a farm beside her husband. When she retired, she took up drawing which was an interest in her teen years. She reviewed art books, teaching herself the different drawing techniques.
