OverviewBabel's Voice was inspired by the biblicalTower of Babel. The tower was a spaceship built by Cro-Magnon man, a species with telepathic powers they used tp rule earth in an evil and destructive way. Earth's part of the universe is governed by an intergalactic council that monitors developing worlds to see if they are peaceful civilizations. The intergalactic council could not let Cro-Magnons join the league of civil worlds. To stop them they installed a device on Mount Everest suppressing all telepathic abilities. Through a medical experiment, our protagonist evolves into the most powerful telepath in history. As his powers develop he discovers a secret society of descendants from Cro-Magnon that is trying to take over the world. As our hero's powers grow he confronts this ancient malevolent force.The story explores the eternal struggle between good and evil and the future of humanity.
