This cute, innocent little alien doesn't have a clue! Thank goodness they find a friend to help guide them on their discovery of our planet and all the food choices we have - it's not always easy! My kids were happy to give little Babaroo some advice while reinforcing their own knowledge. Happy reading. The story is obviously about healthy eating, but it doesn't feel like a message being forced down the reader's throat, instead it feels like you're reading a funny story about a silly creature. The illustrations really bring this to life, especially the picture of when he eats candies and is full of rainbows! The illustrations are brilliant, the alien himself is so cute and fun that my children loved him. I really like the way this story is written, in such a fun yet educational way, it really is well pitched at the young age-group. Brilliant book, highly recommend.
