Besides being a trained personal growth and meditation teacher, Jo Ann has a diverse background in nursing, Healing Touch, and working as a Spiritual Guide. She continues to offer transformative group and individual experiences and owes this volume in particular to a 10-week course in the Spiritual Path of Aging, which she offered at the First Congregational Church of Stockbridge. A prolific author, lecturer, and energy worker, Jo Ann was a senior Kripalu faculty member for thirty years as well as a behavioral therapist, Healing Touch practitioner, and Spiritual Wellness Guide at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires.
