Benjamyn I. Scott obtained an LL.B. (Hons) in Law and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent. Further, he obtained an LL.M. (Adv.) in Air and Space Law from Leiden University and holds a Ph.D. on aviation cybersecurity from the University of Cologne. Benjamyn has a strong background in developing aviation technologies, having worked for several years; written numerous articles, chapters and books; and periodically teaches at different universities in this field.
