XXXVII. (3). 1. Here praise I now Ahura-Mazda, who has created the cattle, who has created purity, the water and the good trees. 2. Who created the splendour of light, the earth, and all good. 3. To Him belongs the kingdom, the might, the power. 4. We praise Him first among the adorable beings, 5. Which dwell together with the cattle. 6. Him praise we with Ahurian name, Mazda, 7. With our own bodies and life praise we Him. 8. The Fravashis of the pure, men and women, we praise. 9. The best purity (Asha-vahista) we praise. 10. What is fairest, what pure, what immortal, 11. What brilliant, all that is good: 12. The good spirit we honour, the good kingdom we honour, 13. And the good law, and the good rule, and the good wisdom. XXXVIII. (4). 1.
