Overview

Multiplication fluency can be exhausting. Often children struggle with their multiplication facts, and our answer is to do more flash cards or play a computer game. While those are helpful tools, they don't have to be the only solution now. Auggie Island was crafted to help children 'see' the multiplication with beautiful visuals and friendly, relatable characters. Our hope is that for the child who just can't remember (for example) 12 x 12 = 144, they will pick up this book and forever see the answer sitting on a big, bright sun. Nora and Bo are two lifelong friends, ready to venture to Auggie Island aboard Nora's imagination to discover multiplication. ""Is it scary?"" asks Bo. ""No"" replies Nora. ""It is beautiful."" Upon arrival they are quickly greeted by their friendly guide, Cora Leaf, who leads them along all the roads of Auggie Island. They'll find a wide array of items and multiplication here. Join the three as they make their way over all twelve roads found on Auggie Island and tackle some math fluency along the way!
