Haggerty is a board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and currently serves as an Alternate Delegate for District V of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS). Dr. Haggerty has multiple peer-reviewed articles in the areas of dental implants, facial trauma, and reconstruction, and has lectured on the topics of dental implants, bone grafting, pathology, and reconstructive surgery. In addition to his private practice in Kansas City, Missouri, and serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Medical Center.Robert M. Laughlin is director of the residency program at Naval Medical Center in San Diego.
