Overview

This is an atlas with high practicability to improve diagnosis and thus therapeutic efficacy for AIDS and its related diseases. It is based on the clinical cases from author's observation and study on AIDS for 9 years. For each AIDS case, the images are firstly shown, followed by its medical history and clinical manifestations, then imaging demonstrations and diagnosis are given, and finally includes discussions with the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. It features over more than 1,200 images of CR, DR, CT, MRI, MRA and FFA from large amount of AIDS cases, which are valuable and difficult to collect. It covers diseases of nervous system, thorax, heart, alimentary tract, skeleton and skin. It additionally, includes an overview of AIDS complications in children, ophthalmoscopic data of AIDS cases and their FFA results, which are rarely reported internationally. It is written for practitioners of radiological diagnosis and clinical doctors, especially doctors from primary healthcare institutions.
