Overview

Wealthy ex-businesswoman, Katherine Crawford, has lived alone for 30 years following the death of her young daughter, Amy. As her life advances into old age, she immerses herself in memories of Amy and thinks increasingly about her own mortality. She has a growing fear that everything ends with death and desperately seeks a reason to believe that she will be reunited with Amy in an afterlife. As her final years unfold, the lives of others intertwine and come together in surprising ways, both by design and by chance.
