Andy Armitage is Head of the Department of Post-Compulsory Education at Canterbury Christ Church. He is a consultant to the DfES, developing frameworks and materials for FE initial teacher training and an external examiner for the Greenwich University PGCE/Cert Ed. Amanda Renwick is a teacher trainer and manager of PGCE / Certificate in Education programmes in the post-compulsory sector at The University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
