Adam Hoare has had the good fortune to weave a lifelong commitment to learning with almost three decades spent developing small, innovative technology companies. His interests encompass research and development of technology, including the recognition of the need to consider the social dimensions of change when deploying technology. After eight years developing and deploying technology in health and social care, he spent time studying and evaluating the sociotechnical challenges across multiple projects and programmes in this challenging area. He received a PhD in Physics in 1992, before going on to obtain a Bachelor's in Life Sciences and a Master's in Business Administration.
