PEÑAMORA earned his PhD in Christian Ethics from Fuller Theological Seminary, California, USA. He is the Executive Director of the Philippine Council of Evangelical Churches (PCEC) Justice, Peace and Reconciliation Commission and PCEC Theological Commission.
