Author Information

"Mallika Ramachandran is a mother of two wonderful children and they live in Pleasanton, California. She moved here from Malaysia and graduated from University of Missouri, Rolla with an engineering degree. She has been practicing as an engineer for over 20 years. After many years she decided to pursue her passion and graduated with a Masters in Holistic Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, California. Mallika embraces spirituality and holistic psychology and this book is process oriented and is grounded in Jungian psychology. The artwork and poetry are the original work of the dreamer. A confrontation with the unconscious is the Plutonian force of the underworld. Mallika describes this experience akin to painful peeling of the skin layer by layer. She embarks on a quest to find a magical cure through artwork and dreamwork. It is a story of losing her image as she had known it, and finding her true self through confrontation with the unconscious and deciphering the messages embedded in the charged archetypal images. Her book on ""Artwork and Dreamwork; Archetypes and Symbols - The Journey to Healing and Individuation"", is about exploring her personal journey with the help of other wounded healers who have made the heroic journey."
