Author InformationClare Honeyfield is the owner of Made in Stroud and was a writer for Stroud Life, with a weekly column, 'Market Matters', covering local food and drink topics. She has also written for 'The Weekend Magazine' in 'The Citizen' and she was a contributor to 'Women of Spirit, Vol 2'. Clare co-founded The Made in Gloucestershire Shop, The Gloucestershire Association of Farmers' Markets, among many other things.
