Elena Maggioni is Fellow Researcher in Health Administration at the Research Center in Health Administration (HEAD) of University of Milan, Italy. Francesco Mazziotta is a medical doctor and resident specializing in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine at the University of Milan, Italy. Gianpaolo Carrafiello is Full Professor in Radiology at the University of Milan, Italy.
