Author Information

Randy Joy Magno Ventayen is a Professor III at Pangasinan State University (PSU), Philippines, where he currently serves as the University Director for the International Accreditation Office. He holds a Doctor in Information Technology from the University of the Cordilleras and a Doctor of Business Administration from Lyceum Northwestern University. Dr. Ventayen has an extensive academic and professional background in information technology, research, and digital innovation, particularly in the integration of emerging technologies across various disciplines. He has published more than 120 research papers, with 40 indexed in Scopus and 6 in the Web of Science, covering areas such as information systems, digital education, and technology-driven creative industries. He is also an accredited editor of the National Book Development Board (Philippines) and serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Southeast Asian Journal of Science and Technology. In addition to his academic roles, Dr. Ventayen is a Senior Accreditor of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), a Flexible Learning Tutor at SEAMEO-Innotech, and a regular member of the DOST - National Research Council of the Philippines. He has served as a conference editor, reviewer for Scopus-indexed journals, and has contributed significantly to national quality assessment initiatives through the Philippine Quality Award assessor pool. His current research interests focus on the convergence of artificial intelligence, music production, and creative industries, providing critical insights into the ethical, commercial, and technological implications of AI-generated content.
