Overview

General Zardaq learned that Arthur Templar's parents discovered how to control a runaway fusion reaction as part of their medical research. Zardaq took over the planet Serpo. He is terrorising its people, and he has kidnapped Arthur's parents to extract their secrets. Arthur Templar knows his parents could die if he tries to rescue them. But if he does not rescue them, they will certainly die. Arthur has no option but to attempt a rescue. But he knows he would be trading his own life for his parent's lives.

Patrick Maher enjoys layered children's stories of other times and other worlds that inspire and give pleasure to children and adults alike. His greatest reward would be to know that children and their parents and teachers were teasing apart some of the hidden layers in this novel. The Case of the Nibiru is his first Arthur Templar novel. The next novel in the series is set in a Psychic Academy and is currently titled The Mystery of the Secret Codex.
