David, MD practices Orthopedic Sports Medicine in San Diego, California. He is a Clinical Instructor of Orthopedic Sports Medicine in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, University of California, San Diego. Dr. David serves as team physician for various local, collegiate and professional sports teams and is currently an NFL team physician. He is a member of the Board of Editors of the peer-reviewed journal, Orthopedics, and has published and lectured extensively on various topics in sports medicine. James R. Andrews, MD is a founding partner of Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center and Medical Director of the American Sports Medicine Institute in Birmingham, Alabama. He is also Medical Director of the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, Florida.
