Ruivivar obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science at Miriam College in 1995. She also completed all the academic units and passed the comprehensive exams in her Master of Arts in Family Psychology and Education at the same school in 2002. Throughout her whole career, she had sixteen collective years of teaching preschoolers in several schools such as Caterpillar School (a Filipino-Chinese preschool) from 2007 to 2015 and Cradle of Joy Center for Learning (a Catholic Progressive School) from 2004 to 2007. She was also a preschool teacher from 1997 to 1999 and preschool coordinator in 2000 at the Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf (a school for hearing impaired children), Miriam College, Quezon City. Teacher Aileen also writes children's stories in her spare time. She believes that all art creations made by children are beautiful and special. For her, there is no better way to develop a child's imagination and creativity than to start them early. As they say, ""Big things come from small beginnings."" Rowena V. Dagdag, who is fondly called ""Teacher Wen"" by her students, is a Special Education Teacher in charge of Children with Intellectual Disability at Padre Zamora Elementary School in Pasay City. She was a college instructor at the Southeastern College in the Department of Education and Psychology. She taught preschoolers for 11 years with experiences in gifted and Montessori education. She was also a teacher to hearing-impaired children at the Southeast Asian Institute for the Deaf in Miriam College, Quezon City. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Santo Tomas. Mrs. Dagdag completed all the academic units and passed the comprehensive exams in Master of Arts in Psychology with Concentration in Child and Family at the Ateneo de Manila University and in Master of Arts in Education major in Early Childhood Education with units in Special Education at the Philippine Normal University.
