Overview

Retaliation is ripe in the forest as our contractors find their prior actions turned them into targets. A month after the actions in Book Two: Three Blind Mice, teams of security contractors from Research and Design International are scattered around the world, putting out fires and furthering their company businessline. Work is called for, and work is put in. Missing pieces of information from their prior encounters begin to fall around their feet as the team is brought into the focus of the world in a rehash of a classic dark fairytale. Attacked from all sides, the teams must choose which character they are destined to live out in the unraveling world before they are consumed. Follow Molly, Brian, Olivia, Jason and others as they pick their paths and make their promises in the conflict. And just maybe discover that together they can break free of the fable.
