Aromativity integrates Aromatherapy and Art to ignite joy, to inspire creativity and to seek balance. As I discover information to help me organize and live my life creatively, I share it with others. They often request my research, expertise or artwork and the Aromativity Planner evolved as a means for sharing them. Essential Oils help support efforts to take responsibility for our lives, to recognize the freedom we have to create our lives and to enjoy the process of creative living. Specific Essences are highlighted with an Aromativity Experience each month and throughout the planner. Prompts inspired by the quotations shared at the beginning of each month invite users to consciously contemplate the values, goals and choices that help create their lives. Blank pages provide users space to further express their own creative journeys.
