Bridgette has a heart for education, she's a lifelong learner. Her passion for learning more about the impact of trauma on children and how to combat the trauma grew during her time as a classroom teacher while pursuing a master's in psychology. Bridgette is now studying and developing a concept called Emotional Recognition through Auditory Awareness (ERAA). Her series, The Seas Symphony, helps children learn to associate a sound with an emotion. When Bridgette isn't digging deeper into helping kids build emotional regulation, she can be found traveling, baking delicious desserts, and spending time with her family and two cats.
