Author Information

Stephanie Hansen is a PenCraft Award winning author. Her short story, Break Time, and poetry has been featured in Mind's Eye literary magazine. The Kansas Writers Association published her short story, Existing Forces, appointing her as a noted author. She has held a deep passion for writing since early childhood, but a brush with death caused her to allow it to grow. She's part of an SCBWI critique group in Lawrence, Kansas, and two local book clubs. She attends many writers' conferences, including the Writing Day Workshops, New York Pitch, Penned Con, New Letters, All Write Now, Show Me Writers Master Class, BEA, and Nebraska Writers Guild conference as well as book fairs and Comic-Cons. She is a member of the deaf and hard of hearing community. Eric Smies grew up in the windy city of Chicago but now calls Los Angeles home. A classically trained actor and singer with a BFA in professional theater from Butler University, he's performed in shows from Hamlet to Guys and Dolls all across the country. He's narrated and produced over twenty audiobooks in various genres and loves bringing these books to audio life. As a voice-over actor he has voiced commercial campaigns and narrations for brands including Public Storage, Walmart, Burger King, KFC, Rent-A-Center, and Best Buy, and he is currently the in-store advertising voice of Whole Foods in the US and Canada. In 2021 he was nominated for the 2021 ""Best Animation/Gaming Demo"" by the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences. Elise Arsenault is a classically trained actor, singer, and voice-over artist. She has worked throughout the country with various regional theaters, including Merrimack Rep, Lyric Stage Company of Boston, Ivoryton Playhouse, Imagination Stage, and the Discovery Theater at the Smithsonian Institute. Elise holds a BA from George Mason University and received further training at the British American Drama Academy at Oxford University. Her performances have been praised as high-strung, versatile and full of flair. Angela Dawe is originally from Lansing, Michigan, and currently calls Chicago home. Her work includes film, television, theater, and improvisational comedy, as well as audiobook narration. Among Angela's recordings are The Sheen on the Silk by Anne Perry, Wild Roses by Deb Caletti, and Savor the Moment by Nora Roberts. She hopes you enjoy listening as much as she enjoys narrating!
